These noodles are very versatile as an ingredient. You could eat them in stew, or mix sauce into them like you would pasta. They can even be used in a salad. Hot or cold, anything works. They're also very healthy too! Which is always a great benefit

These noodles are very easy on the teeth and stomach. I currently got a tooth extracted and it was perfect to have cold. It's very chewy and appetizing. Similar to pasta cooked al dente in texture. It's great to have around and very versatile as an ingredient. The health benefits are wonderful too.
