Refund policy

Return:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means, you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when received.
- Be unworn or unused.
- Have tags attached and be in the original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact us at hello@jinnies88.com to request a return.
2. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@jinnies88.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions about whether an item can be returned, please contact us.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
